Program staffing is matched to your workforce profile and objectives. Depending on your needs, your program may include doctors of chiropractic, physical therapists, licensed massage therapists, certified performance coaches, or any combination of these. You are not limited to one provider type.
The organization funds the program. Individual employees, service members, and staff do not pay for visits. This is the core design of the model: removing individual cost as a barrier to utilization. The program investment comes from the organization and is justified by claim cost avoidance and productivity preservation.
Not necessarily. Integra MSK can operate under a formal agency-funded contract, a services agreement, or a hybrid arrangement. Never. All reporting to your organization is anonymized and aggregate: total visit counts, general condition categories, and utilization metrics with no personally identifiable patient information. Individual clinical records are maintained in a HIPAA-compliant system and are the property of the clinical entity.
